Officer Chris Reeves graduated from Whitewright High School in 2000, and attended the Texoma Regional Police Academy in 2002, in Denison TX. Officer Reeves began his law enforcement career working for the Pottsboro Police Department from 2004-2007. Officer Reeves recognized the City of Anna was a small, but a fast growing city within Collin County and began working here in 2007. Officer Reeves and his wife Laura, moved to Anna in 2007 and have three children, London, Christian, and Henry.
While at the Anna Police Department Officer Reeves was assigned to patrol, eventually promoting to Sergeant in 2014. Officer Reeves was tasked with coordinating special events such as the Child ID Fair, National Night Out, as well as establishing Neighborhood Crime Watch programs on top of supervising patrol officers. Officer Reeves currently holds an Advanced Peace Officer License, and has an extensive background in Drug Interdiction. In the 10+ years with the Anna Police Department, he has seized numerous vehicles, firearms, drugs, and money.
Officer Reeves enjoys spending time with his family, bass fishing, working out, riding ATV's, and playing tennis.
